I went to Ralph’s Diner in Worcester for a fundraiser for Bike and Build. While I was there, I took a few photos.
I really like photographing Ralph’s. It’s a very interesting place visually; the people there are very cool; and the lighting is fantastic for ambiance but terrible for photography which is good for practicing shooting in bad light. I also like shooting performances so it’s a good place to practice that too.
There were several bands there playing a benefit show to raise money to help Tanya Jure participate in Bike and Build.
I used my Nikon d600 and my 50mm lens. I’m still getting used to the d600 but am happy with it so far. It’s much better in low light than my older camera was.
